College Application Procedure
Using the information below, students are responsible for: - Obtaining college application.
- Providing reference documents to appropriate people.
- Collecting reference documents from appropriate people.
- Request transcripts using Docufide.
- Requesting and collecting Letters of Recommendations (if requested by college)
- Mailing ALL appropriate materials (see below).
Common Application The Common Application is a not-for-profit organization that serves students and member institutions by providing an admission application - online and in print - that students may submit to any of 346 colleges. Click here for more information.
Application Methods
- Online
- Fill out application on computer.
- Print out counselor portion and give to your Counselor.
- Request transcripts online using Docufide
- Traditional
- Obtain college applications from colleges/universities.
- Get applications from the CRC.
- Give counselor portion to your counselor.
- Request transcripts online using Docufide
- Pick up completed counselor portion and mail ALL materials to college.
Letters of Recommendation (if requested by college)
- Staff must have 10 school day notice (can be used for teachers & counselors)
- Counselor/Teacher Recommendation
- Turn in the recommendation form or resume to counselor/teacher.
- Allow 10 school days for recommendation form to be completed.
- Pick up completed letter of recommendation from counselor/teacher.
